Styling Another Lilly Pulitzer Two Piece

Like I have said before, I feel that Lilly Pulitzer Two Piece sets are one of the best purchases you can make from Lilly because of all the different ways you can style them! Today I am styling this shorts set 7 different ways! Check out this post to see all the different ways I styled the skirt set!: All the Different Ways to Style a Lilly Pulitzer Two Piece

Together:

This is the intended way to wear the set and is super fun because it actually looks like a romper like this! This way is perfect for school or to a festival like I was wearing it in this snapshot! If your school’s dress code does not allow tank tops or its a colder day, this look looks perfect with any jacket such as a jean jacket!

2. With a Skirt:

The top piece of this set is a scalloped crop top that looks perfect with any high waisted skirt such as this brown suede one! This look is a little more dressed up and the orange and brown colors make it the perfect transition look from summer to fall! If it is chilly out, just add a jean jacket like the one linked below!

Destructed Denim Jean Jacket • $24.99
BCBGeneration Faux Suede Skirt • BCBGeneration • $48
FOREVER 21+ Buttoned Faux Suede Skirt • Forever 21 • $19.90
Neon Rose Faux Suede Skirt With Pocket • $19

3. With Shorts:

The crop top also looks super cute with high waisted shorts for a more casual look! These shorts are my go to American Eagle jean shorts and you can find them here: Must Have Closet Staples- Spring/Summer 2017 ! This look is perfect for a concert or hanging out with friends!

4. With Crop:

These shorts are more of a flowy type rather than a chino style and the zipper is in the back so they are more versatile! They are also high waisted which makes them perfect to pair with a crop top like the ones under $10 that I have linked below! I wear this look a lot and it is perfect for a shopping day or going out to lunch!

Strappy Caged Crop Top • Charlotte Russe • $5.99
Ambiance White Crop Top • Ambiance • $5
FOREVER 21+ Strappy Cropped Cami • Forever 21 • $4.90

5. With a Tee:

Styling these shorts with a graphic tee is the perfect way to style these shorts in a more casual way! I absolutely love this Eat Sleep Blog Repeat top from the Etsy Shop Moscato and Monograms and you can get it for 20% off with my code “OLIVIA98”! If you are not a blogger, they also have several monogram items and other pieces with different cute and fun sayings!

6. Front Tuck Top:

Since the shorts are flowy and high waisted, taking a trendy top like this and doing a front tuck is another fun option! It is also an easy way to take a normally traditional brand (but not always! See: How Lilly Pulitzer works for Every Style ) and make the look more trendy!

Made In USA Lace Up Shark Bite Tunic • $12
Eclair Women’s 3/4 Sleeve Lace-Up Blouse Black • $11.98
Slub-Knit Lace-Up Top for Women • Old Navy • $11–14

7. With Trimmed Shirt

The shorts not being a chino style also makes wearing shirts with a trim such as the pompom one on this shirt a super cute look! You can read all about my thoughts on this shirt here: Off the Shoulder Trend
